Summary

We are seeking a long-term Locum GP to provide 6 sessions per week, primarily based across our Liss surgeries in Hampshire looking after an established patient list. We operate across five sites in Hampshire: one in Petersfield, two in Liss, and two in Liphook. You will work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, alongside clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team. We are a successful GP training practice with two GP trainers, excellent QOF achievement, and a proactive Patient Participation Group. We pride ourselves on being supportive, cohesive, and forward-thinking, with a strong commitment to delivering timely, high-quality care. Our aim is to improve the health, wellbeing, and independence of our patients by providing high-quality, accessible, and sustainable care. Our clinicians are supported by an administrative team.
