Summary
We do not facilitate Visa sponsorship PCN Manager Roles and Responcibility 1 Operational & Programme Support Coordinate delivery of PCN initiatives, DES requirements, and local enhanced services. Develop work plans, track milestones, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). Support practice engagement, scheduling, and day-to-day operational issues. Assist in workforce planning and ARRS role allocation. 2Financial & Contract Management Monitor PCN budgets, income streams, and expenditure. Support finance reporting, resource allocation, and cost tracking. Assist in business case financial modelling, cost justification, and demonstrating value-for-money. 3Business Case & Funding Bid Development Draft business cases and project/funding bids to ICB or system partners to secure PCN funding. Translate strategic and commissioning priorities into clear, actionable proposals. Support cost modelling, financial justification, and value-for-money analyses. Ensure timely submission of bids, including monitoring and reporting outcomes. 4Governance & Compliance Co-ordinate with PCN CD, agenda, papers for the monthly PCN network and board meetings. Take responsibility for maintain PCN network agreement Support compliance with NHS governance, DES specifications, and regulatory requirements. Assist with risk management, quality assurance, and reporting to ICB or other bodies. 5Data, Reporting & IT Systems Maintain PCN dashboards, extract and interpret key data, and produce reports for Clinical Directors and commissioners. Use IT systems (EMIS, Excel, Power BI or similar) to track activity, outcomes, and performance metrics. Support digital transformation and system integration initiatives across practices. 6Stakeholder & System Engagement Act as a point of contact for PCN practices, federations, and ICB teams. Support multi-stakeholder meetings, communications, and collaborative initiatives. Assist in internal and external communications, newsletters, and stakeholder briefings.
