Summary
The post-holder will be carefully supported throughout the first month of the tenure but will be expected to develop more autonomous working patterns as experience grows. The post-holder will be working at the level of a trust grade or associate specialist doctor. The post holder will be encouraged to contribute to the active research portfolio of the department. Previous post-holders will have presented at national and international ophthalmology meetings.
