Summary
We are looking for experienced CCTV operator to join our team in Walsall.
Applicants should ideally have previous experience in the security industry, hold a full UK Driving Licence, and must have CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) certification.
We are seeking individuals who are smart, professional, approachable, and confident in communicating with people at all levels.
Shift: 12 hours from 06:30am -18:30pm.
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and secure environment
Assess customer suitability for entry and resolve issues effectively
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents
Support venue operations through an assertive and proactive presence
Deliver outstanding customer service
Promote health and safety awareness
Operate and monitor CCTV systems in line with legal and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in security
CCTV licence
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
