Summary
Home Office Digital (HOD) designs, builds and develops services for the rest of the department and for government. Every year our systems support up to 3 million visa applications, checks on 100 million border crossings, up to 8 million passport applications and deliver 140 million police checks on people, vehicles and property.

Within HOD, the Data Services and Analytics (DSA) team find innovative uses for Home Office data and contains one of the most advanced data analytics centres in Government. Key Responsibilities
- Manage user and team lifecycle activities, including onboarding/offboarding, access configuration, guidance, and training.
- Set up and maintain Mazetime projects and users, ensuring accurate data, regular reviews, and chasing missing information.
- Act as first-line support via the DSA Mazetime inbox, providing 1st/2nd line support and escalating incidents when required.
- Produce reporting across business areas, including tailored reports, status updates, and follow‑ups to drive compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders and team leads to support analysis, improve adherence, and communicate DSA‑wide system updates.
- Maintain system resources such as FAQs and guidance materials, and support the Project Team with ad hoc fixes, reconfigurations, and user notifications.
- Oversee end‑to‑end financial processes by raising RTPs, managing invoices, handling supplier queries, and collaborating with Product Managers on timely updates, while supporting ad‑hoc finance tasks to ensure continuity, accuracy, and efficiency across DSA’s financial systems.
The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and willing to work flexibly across the wider team as required, performing additional duties reasonably expected within the scope of the grade.
Travel
Occasional travel may be required to other work locations within the UK according to business needs and may include overnight stays. All related costs will be reimbursed in line with Home Office policy.
Working Pattern
Due to the business requirements of this role, it is only available on a full-time basis. However, compressed hours is available.
