Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
Ownership of the supply chain and logistics administrative tasks
Account Credit Customers (Managing the orders process from the point of entry through to delivery)

• Order acknowledgements are confirmed
• Promptly processing of customer orders
• Responsible for managing any order changes or amendments
• Processing and sending customer invoices
• Apply cost-saving pallet configuration on orders and appropriate cost-effective shipment solutions
• Liaising with 3rd party warehousing office team
• To respond to queries relating to existing orders, deliveries, short and/or mixed dispatches.
• To organize, handle and coordinate with 3rd party haulage
• Monitoring the progress of existing orders to ensure deadlines are met and follow the progress and re-schedule of
orders in accordance with customer
• Responsible for checking delivery notes and stock movements
• Responsible for the process returns and arrange collection
• Ensure shortage stock is allocated accordingly in Sage
• Working along with the Accounts Team regarding the issuing of stock credit notes and refunds only (Subject to approval)

Pro-forma Account Customers:

• Responsible for responding to enquiries from customers and their associated quotations
• Prepare quotations and issue pro-forma invoices
• Manage any quotations changes or amendments
• Apply cost-saving pallet configuration on quotes
• Organize, handle and coordinate with 3rd party haulage

Other daily duties (Including but not limited to)

• Responsible for providing early warning of stock shortages to the Team
• Provide customer service by managing enquiries by phone & email-based tasks
• Maintain accurate records, including filing system of Invoices, PODs and amendments to Customs Tariff
• Producing bar codes for new lines
• Batch code stock checks with the warehouse following customer complaint
• Stock transfer between warehouses in Sage
• Entry of new purchase orders and book in received stock in Sage
• Liaising with Air Import Dept for clearance and shipment of samples into UK
• Collection of samples from cold store and other ad hoc stock related duties.
