Summary
You are employed as an ATO Flight Instructor and will be responsible directly to the Head of Training. You will be kept informed of all matters affecting the Training Organisation, and are expected to play a key role in advising your managers of the day-to-day issues arising from flight training. You will exercise such powers and perform such duties as defined in the terms of reference for your posts as found in the employee’s handbook.
The company may from time to time require you to take on different or additional duties; however you will not be assigned duties which you cannot reasonably perform.
You will carry out your duties in a proper and efficient manner, and faithfully and diligently serve the Company. You will continuously endeavour to promote the interests of, and maintain and promote the reputation of the company.
You will comply with all reasonable orders and directions given to you.
You will (unless prevented by ill health or accident and except during holidays permitted) devote the whole of your time, attention and abilities during your agreed hours of work to carrying out your duties.
