• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (08:30am – 1:00pm), with frequency adjusted as the clinic continues to grow
• No out-of-hours (OOH) commitments
Benefits Package
• 5 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays (Good Friday worked with day in lieu)
• Private Medical Insurance, including Employee Assistance Programme access
• £1,000 annual CPD allowance, with support for certificate study
• Fear Free training and accreditation provided as standard
• Birthday leave
• Three paid days annually to volunteer for a local charity
