About Us:
Social Care 4U Ltd is a trusted provider of high-quality care and support services across London and surrounding boroughs. We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Male Care Assistants for a 48-hours-per-week position in a care home based in Clacton-on-Sea.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care and support within a care home setting.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, meal support, and medication prompts.
Support with mobility, engagement in activities, and promoting independence.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure safe, person-centred care at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
Male workers only, due to service requirements.
Must have up-to-date MCA and DoLS training.
The location will provide additional onsite training for suitable candidates.
Due to the high number of weekly hours available across the package (672 hours), please avoid submitting candidates with hour restrictions.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply).
Ability to commit to 48 hours per week, with flexibility as required.
