As aCAFM Assistantat Sodexo atQueens Hospital, provides day-to-day support to the CAFM Lead andhelps manage the CAFM system for the hospital’s Hard FM team. The role supportsthe planning, scheduling, and monitoring of planned and reactive maintenance,ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards. By maintaining accuratesystem data, producing reports, and tracking performance, the CAFM Assistantcontributes to efficient operations and continuous improvement of maintenanceprocesses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide daily support for the CAFM system, assisting managers and supervisors with planned and reactive maintenance coordination.
  • Schedule and report on maintenance activities in line with SFG, HTM, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor PPM schedules, reactive maintenance response times, and overall system performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including extension requests, denied access, and upcoming or at-risk tasks.
  • Ensure all reactive and planned tasks are completed within SLAs and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records, including labour entries, log notes, and statutory compliance evidence.
  • Raise and track corrective maintenance tasks and support lifecycle claims with maintenance documentation.
  • Monitor engineer workloads, maintain data integrity within the CAFM system, and support Superuser training.

What You Bring:

  • Knowledge of the Global CAFM system
  • Fully competent in PPM planning and scheduling
  • Have a good understanding of reactive and planned maintenance works, to enable planning of works within SLAs / KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Experience within a dynamic environment
  • Developing and managing internal and external relationships to ensure desirable outcomes
  • Attention to detail, quality driven approach
  • Self-motivated, confident, honest and flexible, with a professional work ethic.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
