Job Description Outbound Appointment Setter- FTC Fixed Term Contract until April 2027 Location: Remote-first, with quarterly in-person meetings Do you have outbound sales experience and want to make a real impact on patients lives? We are working to deliver targeted support to people with long-term health conditions by giving them personalised one-to-one clinical coaching . We build trusted relationships to help people take control of their health. As a Patient Engagement Coordinator, you will make outbound calls to eligible patients to introduce our programme and explain how the service works. You will clearly communicate the benefits of the programme, answer patient questions, address concerns or objections, and actively encourage patients to enrol. Where patients are interested, you will book appointments directly and ensure accurate updates are made to patient records. This is a target-driven, outbound role that requires confidence, resilience, and the ability to influence and persuade while maintaining a patient-first approach.
