Cygnet Group are looking for a confident Nights Support Worker with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
The Old Vicarage is a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.
You will be working 40 hours per week, across 4 x 12‑hour night shifts, working nights only.
Our resident profile:
Adults from the age of 18+ years
Individuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disability, accompanied with behaviours that challeng,e including mental illness or a forensic background
Individuals with a secondary diagnosis of personality disorder or autism
May have communication challenges
May have associated complex needs
Pay:
Salary: £12.21 - £12.53 Per Hour
