We have some great opportunities at the moment to come and join us as we redevelop our site in Bridge of Allan, Scotland. We are currently recruiting for Evening and Weekend cleaners to join our team.
Working Hours would be Friday 5pm - 2am and Saturday and Sunday 1pm to 9pm.
The Role
Reporting to the Hygiene Manager and working as part of a team to ensure that the factory is deep cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis. The ideal person, should be used to working in a fast paced and hands on position, be well organised with the ability to maintain attention to detail whilst working under pressure in a busy working environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Follow Standard Operating Procedures for completion of hygiene tasks
Deep clean down of machinery and production areas as per Standard Operating
Procedures using power hoses and other equipment including chemicals
Completion of line wash downs in a timely and consistent manner
Build-up of machinery after hygiene work has been completed
Maintain a clean as you go area and demonstrate good manufacturing practice
Will involve working at height to ensure cleanliness at standards required
Support the need for change and actively get involved in continually looking for ways to improve performance
Help during changes on the line learning new skills as required
Comply with all company procedures and codes of practice to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace
Focus on attention to detail and maintaining high standards.

Knowledge & Experience
•The successful candidate should ideally be familiar with this kind of work and be used to working in a fast paced environment
•Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment is beneficial or in a similarly demanding working environment
•Excellent attention to detail
• Keen and willing to learn
• Able to use own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety
• Able to work as part of a team
