Summary
This role will support the Senior Web Designer in creating visually engaging, user‑centric digital experiences. This role focuses on producing clean, responsive layouts, refining UI components, and ensuring design consistency across multiple platforms.
Working closely with an offshore team and other remote collaborators, Jr Web Designer will translate requirements into intuitive designs, maintain brand standards, and contribute to iterative improvements based on feedback.
Responsibilities include preparing design assets, optimizing for accessibility and performance, and collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, communicative, and comfortable working within a distributed team environment.
A strong understanding of UX principles, modern design tools, and web best practices is essential, along with the ability to balance creativity with practical constraints to deliver seamless user experiences.
