Description
The Principal Estate Services Coordinator (PO3) plays a critical role in managing and overseeing estate services within our organization, ensuring that all operations align with the strategic goals of the institution. Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of estate services projects.

Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to estate management.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and organizational policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management or related services.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
