Summary
Clinical Measurements & Monitoring:Taking blood samples (phlebotomy), monitoring blood pressure, and performing urine tests. Health Checks & Screenings:Performing new patient health checks, NHS Health Checks, and assisting with chronic disease reviews, such as for diabetes or heart disease. Vaccinations & Injections:Administering specific vaccinations (e.g., flu, pneumonia, B12) under patient group directions (PGD) and monitoring vaccine fridge temperatures. Health Promotion:Advising patients on lifestyle choices, including smoking cessation, weight management, and healthy eating.
