Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of the center, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all visitors.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Support event coordination by preparing spaces, setting up equipment, and assisting guests during activities.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and managing schedules as required.
Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues within the facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct routine checks on equipment and supplies to ensure everything is in order and adequately stocked.
Work collaboratively with other staff members and volunteers to promote a friendly and engaging atmosphere for all center users.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and staff.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing tasks or priorities as needed.
Experience in customer service or community support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic organizational skills to assist in maintaining records and managing schedules.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
