Summary

MFL Teacher (French & Spanish) - Accrington - Full-Time, Long-Term Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced MFL Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the Accrington area on a full-time, long-term basis, starting after February half term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher skilled in French and Spanish to inspire and support students across all key stages.
Location: Accrington
Start Date: After February half term
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Pay: Competitive daily rate / salary dependent on experience
The Role:
  • Teach French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4 (GCSE level)
  • Plan, prepare, and assess engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
  • Support students in developing language skills, cultural understanding, and confidence
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour
  • Contribute positively to the MFL department and school community
The Ideal Candidate:
  • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching French and Spanish in a UK secondary school
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passionate about inspiring students to achieve their best
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready for a long-term placement
