Are you a passionate and creative Maths Teacher looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs?


An established SEN School in Chelmsford is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their supportive and inclusive team as soon as possible.


About the Role:
· Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons to students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, MLD and SEMH.
· Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning plans and support students academic and personal development.
· Work collaboratively with a committed team of SEN professionals, LSAs and therapists.
· Create a safe, positive and encouraging learning environment.
· Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring learning objectives are met.


The Ideal Candidate:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is essential.
· Experience working within an SEN setting is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and behaviour management strategies.
· Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning.
· Able to inspire confidence and foster a love for Maths in learners of all abilities.
