The Role:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-planned lessons or learning activities
- Support students' learning and maintain behaviour standards
- Assist teachers with classroom management and administrative tasks
- Ensure students remain engaged and safe during lessons
- Experience working in schools (teaching or classroom support desirable)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable
- Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with students of all ages
- Flexible and able to cover multiple subjects if needed
- Work in a supportive school environment
