A welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Hayes is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage. The school has a nurturing ethos and places a strong emphasis on early development, positive routines and strong relationships with families.
This role would suit an experienced Early Years practitioner or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to work in a structured and supportive environment.
Supporting children within Nursery or Reception
Delivering play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
Supporting communication, social skills and early development
Working closely with the EYFS teacher and support team
Creating a safe, engaging and nurturing classroom environment
EYFS Teaching Assistants or Early Years practitioners
Level 3 qualified staff
Support staff with Nursery or Reception experience
Individuals with a warm, patient and enthusiastic approach
Experience working within an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of early child development
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
