Summary
Our Client is a franchise-approved car dealership and they’re currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Bristol area.

Requirements:
- Must have strong recent or current experience working as a Senior Service Advisor, or Assistant Service/Aftersales Manager within a franchise-approved car dealership
- A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
- Strong Technical knowledge
- An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
- Have a UK driving license
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Aftersales Manager & General Manager and responsible for a team of Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors
- Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
The salary for this position is £40,000 basic with a potential OTE of £48,000.
