My client R is looking for a self-employed worker to support him with his daily routine and accessing the community. R is a great lover of music and has been involved in the music industry for a long time. My client is a smoker.Main DutiesTo support with:· Support with personal care/hygiene routine including washing/showering and dressing. Applying creams when he is unable to do so. · Support with changing Stoma (daily)· Support accessing the local community and facilities including shops, assistance with shopping and carrying items.· Access transport services/public transport to attend appointments when needed.· Support with keeping his home clean and tidy, to enable him to move around his home freely and safely in his wheelchair.Desirable criteria:

· Have use of own vehicle.· Some flexibility with working hours would be advantageous.· Have experience of working as a PA and be able to support with moving and transferring (although training will be provided)· Have a DBS check

Personal Qualities & Attributes Required· Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.· Excellent timekeeping.· Some previous PA experience would be advantageous but not essential.· Good communication and social skills.· To respect confidentiality and privacy.Location: Fishponds, Bristol.Hours: Monday 10:00am - 1:00pm; Wednesday 10:00am - 12.00noon & Friday 10:00am – 1:00pm

Pay:£19.00

Start Date: ASAP.Additional Information· Individual lives with their wife and cats.Please note that this advert has been placed on behalf of an individual person that we are supporting. Should your application be successful, and you are offered the position, you will be directly working with the individual and not WECIL.
