Summary

Join Our Barista Training Program!Were looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to become part of the barista community. No experience required just passion, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.

Equipment
Coffee equipment is increasingly high‑tech, with many gadgets to help deliver the perfect cup. You will develop an understanding of the technology and features, and apply this knowledge to enhance your coffee extractions. Training includes espresso machines, grinders, dispensers, nitro infusion machines, brewing scales, and more. You will also learn to use non‑coffee equipment such as dishwashers and POS systems if you are new to hospitality.

Brewing
You will explore the science behind different brewing methods, understanding when each method is the most appropriate choice.

Latte Art
A huge part of a barista’s role is pouring latte art. It’s rewarding for both you and your customers. You will learn milk texturing and how it contributes to the quality of the finished product.

Development
Your journey will progress from shadowing experienced staff to operating the coffee station independently.

Customer Service
Hospitality is about people. You will learn to deliver excellent customer service and support your colleagues, building teamwork across all areas of operations.
