Summary
This is a term time position working Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our ELC team and assist Managers to oversee the smooth running of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and manage a team of early years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education alinged with Curriculum for Excellence
Embed the principles of Realising the Ambition to create nurturing, responsive, and stimulating learning experiences
Support curriculum planning, tracking of childrens development and observation based assessment
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding, and health and safety policies
