Summary

SEN Teaching Assistant - Quidenham
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive educational setting in Quidenham.

This role involves working closely with learners who require additional support, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to SEN students
Assist with EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting SEN students
Enhanced DBS (mandatory)
Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
