Hours: 4 rotating 12 hours shifts, (8am to 8pm)

What You'll Be Doing
Keep systems running smoothly: Monitor AWS and on‑premises environments to ensure everything is secure, stable, and performing at its best - this is a hands‑on monitoring role, working closely with engineers to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Be the hero in a crisis: Own incidents from start to finish, troubleshoot issues, update tickets, and keep customers informed with excellent communication.
Support change and innovation: Help deploy updates and improvements while following best practices and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Stay ahead of the game: Spot trends, prevent problems, and suggest smarter ways of working.
Work with great people: Collaborate daily with engineers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a technical or operational monitoring role.
Hands‑on knowledge of AWS and Linux OS.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk), and cloud service management.
Strong communication skills, a logical, problem-solving mindset, and excellent customer service approach.
A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in a 24/7 operational environment (like a NOC).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Nagios, Zabbix).
SQL/MySQL administration skills.
Understanding of Agile/DevOps practices.
