About this role:
At Sandbrook CPS we are committed to ensuring every child receives the best possible education which enables them to achieve their potential. Our aim is to provide an education which develops the whole child both academically and socially, nurturing skills which prepare them for lifelong learning.
We are seeking to appoint TA L3 to support teaching and learning across school and work alongside staff to support families.
As a TA L3 you will compliment teachers’ delivery of the curriculum working in a variety of roles: some supporting individuals or small groups with SEND; delivering and leading interventions and supporting learning of groups within a classroom setting and also ad hoc cover in teacher absence delivering pre planned lessons to the class.
Fantastic CPD opportunities are available within the school and the Trust.
We are looking for someone who;
- Has high expectations of themselves and the team and children they work with.
- Knowledgeable about how children learn across the full primary age range.
- Can deliver whole class and group teaching sessions to a high standard.
- Is creative and can produce high quality displays.
- Patient, nurturing and positive, able to build relations built on trust and respect.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to support colleagues, children and families
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
- Able to work in partnership with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to secure the best outcomes for our children and families
