Summary
Utilise knowledge, skills and judgment to provide a resolution where possible or where unable to assign call to the appropriate team. To deal with all IT queries received and ensure they are recorded and dealt with appropriately and within agreed Service \ Operating level agreements. The IT Deployment Technician will be expected to attend any GHC staffed site within Gloucestershire when required and will be a point of contact for replacing equipment. Installation of endpoint devices, including but not limited to desktop computers, Laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers and provide support where appropriate.
