Summary
A leading financial services organisation is currently seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support a large-scale Anti‑Financial Crime transformation programme. This role will operate at programme level, providing hands‑on leadership across governance, planning, financial control and delivery oversight to help the organisation meet regulatory commitments.

- Duration: Initial 6 months
- Rate: £550-£630pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
- Location: London
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience operating as a Senior PMO Lead on complex regulatory, risk, compliance or Anti‑Financial Crime programmes in banking or financial services.
- Strong capability in programme governance, RAID management, milestone planning, dependency oversight and delivery assurance.
- Experience producing audit‑ready artefacts, evidence packs, steering committee materials and high‑quality management reporting.
- Excellent financial management skills, including budget tracking, forecasting, cost control and variance analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain a programme‑level plan, including critical paths, resource plans, risks and interdependencies.
- Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to Programme Directors and change leadership.
- Able to lead, coach and uplift PMO resources while driving high standards, transparency and accountability.
- Strong digital literacy across MS Office, and experience with PPM tools such as Clarity, Planview or ServiceNow.
