We’re looking for a Customer Relations Manager to be the face of our care home in Margate. You’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking residential care for their loved ones, guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.

This role blends proactive and reactive sales. On one hand, you’ll manage incoming enquiries, provide tailored guidance, and ensure families feel supported every step of the way. On the other, you’ll represent the home in the local community building meaningful relationships with referral sources, networking with prospective residents, and identifying opportunities to grow our family. Your energy, drive, and customer focus will directly contribute to achieving our sales targets and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for families.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for families, providing expert guidance with warmth and professionalism.
  • Conduct engaging, personalised tours of the home, showcasing our facilities, services, and community.
  • Build and nurture local networks to connect families to the care they need.
  • Collaborate with care and management teams to coordinate assessments, admissions, and contracts.
  • Support marketing initiatives, community engagement, and local partnerships to raise awareness of the home.
  • Track and manage enquiries effectively, providing insights to improve conversion and service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • A confident, warm, and professional communicator with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or family liaison roles; care sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong IT skills, with confidence using CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to deliver results.
  • Excellent local knowledge of Margate and surrounding areas is a bonus.
  • All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
