Hours: Approximately 40 hours over 3-4 days (Monday to Friday operation)
The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Goole. Our client supplies and installs household furniture through online and direct-to-public sales.
The Role-
Working as part of a 2-person team

Delivering and assembling household furniture

Loading and unloading the van

Carrying furniture into customers' homes

Using basic battery-operated and manual tools for assembly
The van is pre-loaded each day, and the team departs each morning to complete scheduled deliveries.
Requirements-
Physically fit (heavy lifting involved)

Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Comfortable using basic hand and battery-operated tools

Over 25 years old (insurance purposes)

Held a full UK driving licence for at least 1 year

No DR, DD, CD or IN10 endorsements

No more than 6 minor penalty points

£12.50 per hour

28 days holiday accrual per annum

On-the-job training alongside an experienced senior driver/assembler

Immediate start available (following agency registration)

Ongoing weekly work, with the potential for a permanent full-time position
Some early starts (from 5:00am) and longer days may be required.
