Summary

Support Worker



Earn £12.60 per hour, 34 days off and health cash plan worth £1170 each year



Fixed Term Contract (initially 6 Months, potential to extend), Full Time (37.5 hpw)

What you’ll do 



  • Support customers with daily living tasks, building independence and achieving goals in support plans


  • Assist with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living. 


  • Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews. 


  • Time for chats, relationship building, and teamwork, no rushing between customers.

The practical bits



  • Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate 


  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that 


  • Confident using technology for plans, training, and collaboration


  • Rota based working, with the earliest start of 7.45am and the latest finish of 20.45pm.
