Job Title: Operations Administrator

Job Purpose and scope
The scope of this role is to ensure smooth day-to-day business functionality by providing administrative, technical, and logistical support across departments.
Dimensions
The company supplies Chapter 8 chevron kits, livery and digital print to the sign and digital print market. The operations administrator is responsible for ensuring profitable throughput of work in the production department while keeping to agreed deadlines.
Principle Responsibilities
• To understand the full range of products and services offered by the company.
• Responsible for the planning of sales orders for the production department.
• To ensure that all production jobs cards and top sheets are produced promptly and efficiently; that all jobs meet the customer’s requirements for accuracy and key details are recorded and entered on job cards.
• To ensure, established procedures, are followed.
• Liaise with sales team on job detail and lead times of work in Current schedule
• To understand the full range of products and services offered by the company
• Provide internal quotations for customer while ensure the company make adequate profit margin
• To ensure orders are processed and invoiced within a time frame to the customer's satisfaction.
Key Objectives
1. Management of –Allocated jobs
2. Liaise with our sales team – develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with our sales team.
3. Liaise with customers – where necessary.
4. Ensure your team member have adequate work load.
5. Maintenance and update of the Focus CRM system. To ensure all details and recorded
6. Liaise closely with the Directors and Manager – implement all company policies
7. Schedule individual tasks within your team.
8. Ensure all team members follow established procedures.
9. Problem solving – deal with day-to-day issues.
10. Decision making – make day to day decisions regarding production schedules, job priorities, deliveries etc.

To ensure 100% of all jobs are produced on time.
To ensure 100% of jobs meet customer requirements
