Platform Property Care are looking for an experienced Fleet Operations Co-Ordinator ready to take the next step in their Fleet Management career. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing: In this key role you'll enable our mobile workforce by making sure our light commercial vehicle fleet remains fully compliant and operational by minimising vehicle downtime and keeping driver's mobile.

You will be Coordinating all vehicle maintenance and repairs within designated localities, providing operational fleet support to local operations and area managers.

Some of the things we are looking for: 
-Full Driving licence and ability to travel between offices/sites is essential

-Proven Fleet Management experience managing Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles

-Experience in Fleet Administration 

-Be customer focussed with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders such as local repairers to support vehicle maintenance

-Detail orientated with Strong IT Skills and is competent using Microsoft Office

This role is based at our Louth office, with travel required to our Newark office and other group locations on occasional such as Solihull and Worcester. We are ideally seeking candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance of either Louth or Newark.
