Summary
Provide an appointment booking service within the Radiology Department Provide cover for other Appointment Clerks within the Radiology Department Ensure that all Radiological referrals are scheduled to the appropriate modality in an efficient manner to avoid any loss of capacity in the agreed sessions Maintain a short notice list of patients with contact numbers to ensure the efficient use of appointment spaces that become available Telephone patients if scheduling occurs less than 7 days before their appointment date Use of the Soliton and Lorenzo systems For a full comprehensive list of main responsibilities and duties, please kindly refer to job description and personal specification attached.
