Summary
The successful candidates will be involved in delivering, developing and preparing Functional Skills up to level 2.
Ideally, you will have considerable experience of teaching English and/or maths with the ability to be creative and adaptable in your approaches to delivery to support the learning of Apprentices at varying levels.
You will be required to support the diagnostic process and have the knowledge to work with apprentices at a variety of levels. This includes contributing to the quality process by providing evidence of outstanding and innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and individual learning plans.

The successful candidate will be working 11 hours per week. This role will require working across all of the West Herts College group campuses.
