Location - Caversham
Pay and Working Hours:
- Pay rate - £12.60
- Working days - Monday to Friday
- Hours - 7am - 4.30pm
- Breaks - 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Role overview and Responsibilities:
As a Yard Operative you will be involved in the day to day operations of the yard, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

Working outdoors in all weather conditions, supporting daily yard operations

Providing customer service by assisting customers with queries and orders

Receiving deliveries and accurately logging all incoming goods

Supporting stock checks and ensuring inventory is correctly recorded

Safely loading and unloading materials, ensuring correct handling procedures are followed

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised yard environment
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working site for staff and customers
Candidate Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Be physically fit and capable of lifting 25kg+
