We're recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead a busy operational cell within our logistics function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking organisation where you'll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, safety, and smooth day‑to‑day performance across warehouse and logistics activities.

What you'll be doing
- Lead, motivate and support a small warehouse & logistics team to meet daily operational targets
- Allocate work, monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Maintain a collaborative, productive and positive team environment
- Implement best practices to streamline workflow and improve cell performance
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs and company processes
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels effectively
- Carry out regular cycle counts and investigate any discrepancies
- Work closely with inventory management to address stock‑related challenges
- Use of freight / courier portals to manage global shipping
- Champion a culture of safety and enforce all Health & Safety standards
- Conduct safety checks, report hazards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Promote safe working practices across all warehouse activities
- Maintain high quality standards across all processes within the cell
- Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Partner with the Quality team to uphold product integrity
- Prepare daily performance reports and activity updates
- Communicate effectively with peers, management and other departments
- Take part in operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions

What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organisational and team‑leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
- Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of courier/freight portals for booking domestic & international shipments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of customs import & export processes
- A degree of physical fitness to deal as some manual handling involved
