Do you enjoy making a meaningful difference to the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and families, then we encourage you to apply to join our dedicated team as a Community Mental Health Practitioner

As a Community Mental Health Practitioner, you’ll work closely with NHS colleagues and other sector partners to provide support to service users with complex mental health needs. You’ll carry out thorough assessments, develop care plans, and use validated rating scales, assessment and protocols to guide and deliver effective support.

• Proven experience of delivering high-quality one-to-one support within community settings.
• Commitment to supporting clients to take an active role in shaping the support they receive.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, recovery-focused practice and a real commitment to inclusion and anti-racism.
