You will join as a Housekeeping Supervisor, supporting the Head Housekeeper and leading the daily housekeeping operation. You will oversee room standards, motivate the team, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure every space is beautifully presented for our guests.

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand standards
• Allocate tasks, check room status, and ensure timely completion of all housekeeping duties
• Conduct detailed room inspections, identifying training needs and corrective actions
• Support the onboarding and training of new Room Attendants and Linen Porters
• Maintain stock control for linen, cleaning supplies and guest amenities
• Communicate effectively with Front Office regarding room readiness, guest requests and priorities
• Assist with rota planning, daily briefings and operational problem-solving
• Uphold COSHH, manual handling, chemical safety and all health & safety policies
• Experience in a housekeeping role, ideally with previous supervisory exposure
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to consistently high standards
• Confident leading small teams and providing clear instruction and feedback
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills, especially during busy service periods
• Positive, supportive approach to team development and motivation
• Professional and warm communication style when engaging with guests and colleagues
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the role, including manual handling
• Reliable, proactive and solution-focused
