Summary

The Bar Manager will direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Food & Beverage department, as well as managing day to day operations through the engagement of the team. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Bar Manager , you'll own the shift: your dynamic vibe will help you to lead your team and ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. You'll think creatively to offer five star guest service and go above and beyond to ensure every guest's stay is electrifying!

Key responsibilities of the Bar Manager:

* Oversee all activities of the bar and inspire the team to deliver vibrant guest service
* Serve and prepare amazing drinks and cocktails; we particularly love our tequila and mezcal here
* Ensure all guests feel welcomed at the bar
* Share your experience with the team for their development, particularly your cocktail-making skills!
* Have presence on the floor: you'll be a reliable figure for the team
* Share your unmatched knowledge of the city with guests! you'll be able to recommend the best shops, clubs and shows around
