Summary
We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Contract: Heathrow AirportLocation: Terminal 5
Role Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
-Carry out fire door inspections, identify remedial actions, and complete repair works to ensure full compliance.
-Deliver general building fabric maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, and patch work.
-Maintain accurate inspection logs, remedial reports, and documentation, ensuring clear communication of updates to clients and stakeholders.
-Undertake routine tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, and other general maintenance activities.
-Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety legislation, site policies, and safe working practices.
-Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good, safe working condition.
What we're looking for:
-Experience in facilities management or building services.
-Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
-Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
