Full-time, permanent role

5 days onsite in Cambridge

Main contracting experience needed

Key accountabilities:

  • Support the development of the BIM Execution Plan including supporting resources during both pre-appointment and post-appointment.
  • Manage and implement the Information Management Workbook in collaboration with design management, commercial, planning, information control, carbon, fire, and external project teams.
  • Manage and support consultants and supply chain by ensuring compliance of delivery against the production, methods and procedures defined within the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Mobilise project information technologies in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Mobilise project information and digital technologies in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Provide training and support to both internal and external project teams in accordance with the project mobilisation plan.
  • Conduct coordination workshops by federating 3D models from consultants and supply chain, check and report relevant issues, and run project meetings to find collaborative solutions.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of COBie and other data requirements at each information exchange in compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project Information Controller to ensure compliance with the Common Data Environment.
  • Track and report against key project KPIs set by the Head of Digital Transformation and the project team to measure the effectiveness of digital technologies and project controls.
  • Troubleshoot and offer technical support to individuals on site with relation to information and digital technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit our projects and our business.
  • Work with and be a part of the wider digital function, supporting colleagues and attending quarterly strategic digital forums.
