Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Panel Builder to join a busy woodshop team manufacturing high-quality fence panels.
This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced production environment. The position is repetitive in nature and requires someone who is physically fit and comfortable working with power tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling and building fence panels to a high standard
Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Working to production targets once training is completed
Maintaining quality standards at all times
Keeping the work area clean and organised
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to carry out repetitive manual tasks
Comfortable using power tools (training provided)
Good attention to detail
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday
07:00 – 16:15
4-day working week
Pay & Benefits:
£12.21 per hour
Bonus scheme available following a 3-week training period (once targets and quality standards are met)
Temporary to permanent opportunity
