- Maintain detailed records and documentation to track student progress and inform future planning
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, ensuring they are informed and involved in their child's educational journey
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS and/or KS1 teaching
- Thorough understanding of the EYFS and National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
- Proven track record of supporting children with SEND and implementing effective intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Demonstrable commitment to inclusive and innovative teaching practices
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in early years and primary education
