Summary

- Provide personalised support and one-on-one assistance to students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop and implement tailored intervention plans
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and learning materials
- Assist with therapeutic activities, such as sensory integration and social-emotional learning
- Monitor and document student progress, communicating regularly with parents and the wider team
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN education
- Experience working with children, preferably in a SEN or educational setting
- Strong understanding of SEN best practices and a commitment to inclusive education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Creative problem-solving skills and a flexible, adaptable approach
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant diploma or equivalent, are desirable
