- Develop and deliver engaging, personalised Functional Skills lessons for SEND learners
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support
- Collaborate with the SEND team to ensure a holistic, tailored approach to learning
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay informed of best practices
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to the organisation's policies and procedures
- Qualified teacher status or equivalent teaching qualification
- Extensive experience teaching Functional Skills to SEND learners
