Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Operator / General Farm Worker to join our dynamic team at P & J Mansfield Soft Fruit LTD, a progressive and well-established fruit-growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe and efficient application of crop protection products
General farm work including transport and machinery operation
Maintenance of spraying equipment and accurate record-keeping
Support across all areas of orchard operations as required
Essential Requirements:
PA1 certifications
Experience and understanding of tractors
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to health & safety standards
Desirable:
Experience with Trailed Sprayers, Forklifts and Telehandlers (not essential – training can be provided)
Experience in spraying under tunnels
PA3B Certified (Boom Sprayer with Air Assistance) – (not essential – training can be provided)
