Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet Clients on the phone in a friendly but professional manor, ensuring a first good impression.
Manage incoming calls.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, diary management. Organising appointments for Engineers.
Using Microsoft Office Suite.
REQUIRMENTS
Previous experience isn't essential as training will be given.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with friendly and approachable manner.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Flexiblity to work and adapt to changing priorities.
